Going to a new salon can be intimidating.
That’s why making all clients feel welcome is a top priority at AE color lab.
Making an appointment is easy.
All new clients are encouraged to fill out an online consultation form before booking their appointment to ensure the correct service is selected. I will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss the provided information and give next steps for scheduling an appointment.
After we have decided on a plan for your hair it’s time to book your appointment! All booking requests should be submitted directly through the studio’s online booking site and must be approved before a confirmation email or text is sent. You will receive a request to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your appointment and an appointment reminder 24 hours prior. As if that wasn’t easy enough, you have the option of downloading the Vagaro App to book and manage appointments from your phone.
A reminder that any cancellations and changes made to your appointment must be done with at least 48 hours notice to avoid charge.

Here’s what you can expect from your first salon experience.
Plenty of neighborhood parking and public transit options make AE Color Lab an easy destination. Upon arrival please use the intercom to contact AE color lab and you will be buzzed in. You'll find me in Suite 014!
When we first meet we will go through a thorough consultation outlining your hair goals, past color history, and hair maintenance. I keep notes of all color formulas to ensure consistent results…and because I’m way too much of a perfectionist to just wing it.
I go off your energy while you’re sitting in my chair so whether you want to relax, read a book, or gossip about reality TV…I’m down! It’s your time so do what you need to do to enjoy it.
The studio has free Wi-Fi, extra phone chargers and an array of beverages and snacks for your added comfort while your color processes.
At the end of your appointment we will discuss product recommendations that will best support your hair between visits and set up future appointments. I may even ask to snap a pic or two of your amazing new color so be prepared!
