CANCELLATIONS.
AE color lab is happy to reschedule your appointment when given at least 48 hours of notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee that will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
All no shows will be charged 50% of the original service total. This fee is due before any new appointments will be scheduled.
Late arrivals may receive a shortened service or may need to be rescheduled. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late please contact the studio at 312-291-1085.
APPOINTMENTS.
Appointments must be requested in-person, online, or via email. All requests made via DM and phone will be forwarded accordingly.
All corrective & creative color requires an in-person consultation before booking.
All color adjustments will be done at no additional charge if the studio is contacted within 7 days of your visit. All adjustments requested outside that time frame are subject to charge.
Please make other arrangements for pets and children.

PAYMENT & PRICING.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation but will not be charged until time of service.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Gratuities can be added directly to your credit card payment or can be sent via Venmo. Cash tips accepted.
Retail purchases can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days.
All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change.
If extra color or lightener is needed beyond the standard allotment an additional fee will be applied.
